3. Select your preferred wallet.
4. Enter the correct details of your wallet in the provided space.
5. Click on the "Import" button.
6. Once you have completed the import process, you should receive a wallet

How do I transfer crypto?
To transfer crypto on the Voyager app:
- Open the Voyager app and go to the Recovery screen.
- Tap on the specific token you want to transfer.
- Review the Crypto Transfer Disclosure, scroll to the bottom, and click the box to accept.
- Enter the destination wallet address in the To: section or scan the QR code for
the wallet address by tapping the QR icon.
Be sure to confirm that the receiving wallet accepts the specific token you want to transfer and is compatible with the blockchain on which the tokens will be sent. Voyager only supports primary chains, not side-chains. - Enter the amount of the token you want to transfer and the dollar value will
automatically populate.
Fees are noted on the top right corner of the screen. - Slide right to transfer.
- Enter your two-step verification from your authenticator app or SMS and tap Confirm to verify your transfer.
- Finally, check your email and review all details. Your transaction will only be processed after you complete the email confirmation step.

Can I cancel a crypto withdrawal?
Due to the nature of digital
asset transactions on the blockchain, once initiated, withdrawals cannot be
canceled.
What are the fees on crypto
transfers?
Transaction fee rates vary by blockchain. Your transfer
will be reduced by an amount that reflects Voyager’s estimated blockchain
transaction fee, subject to change.
Fees are calculated during the transfer
process when you select the token and enter the quantity you want to withdraw (shown
in the top right corner of the screen).
I am unable to transfer all
of my tokens / I get an in-app error message.
If you have a balance
of any token that is less than the transfer fees, you will be unable to complete a
transfer. This crypto will be sold at a later date and you will receive payment in
U.S. dollars.
I’m seeing transactions I didn’t make. What are these transactions in my
account?
As described in the Third Amended Joint Plan of Voyager
Digital Holdings, Inc. and its Debtor Affiliates Pursuant to Chapter 11 of the
Bankruptcy Code (the “Plan”), and approved by the court, each creditor’s
portfolio was rebalanced to achieve the initial recovery of 35.72%. You will see
these rebalancing transactions in your Transaction History under “Transfers”.
